Heavy metal wastewater is a kind of waste water that occurs frequently in the electronics industry. For example, during the manufacturing and sub-packaging testing of ingots and wafers in the electronics and photovoltaic industries. It needs to go through cutting, grinding, scribing, thinning and other processes.

The main features are as follows:
1. High solid content: the particle content in grinding wastewater is generally 300-2000ppm. Its main component is silicon dioxide, some silicate, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and so on.
2. The solid particles are fine: the general solid particle size of grinding wastewater is about 0.1-100um and such particles are generally extremely difficult to settle.
3. Low organic matter in wastewater: Wastewater generally contains a small amount of organic matter, only a small amount of surfactant.
4. The conductivity of wastewater is extremely low: Grinding wastewater appears in the electronics industry and has high requirements for flushing. Generally, pure water is used as flushing water, so the conductivity of the wastewater is extremely low.
