After shot blasting cleaning, the rust removal grade of all surfaces of the workpiece reaches Sa2.0-3.0, and it is uniform inside and outside without scratches. Compared with pickling treatment, it has the characteristics of economy, environmental protection and high efficiency. The equipment adopts a unique double-station working mode of "turning the door on and off+cantilever shaft" to carry round wire rod. The cantilever shaft is made of special alloy steel. In the process of throwing, the device makes the round wire do the compound action of "up and down fluctuation+left and right swing+positive and negative rotation", so that the inner and outer surfaces of the round wire can be effectively cleaned by bullets. The equipment adopts an "automatic bulk material" device with independent intellectual property rights, which can be rolled up by itself. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, and the operation is convenient and reliable.
