ABSD-01A series is not able to measuring metals heat only black cover materials medium The ABSD infrared temperature sensor works by calculating the surface temperature of an object based on its
infrared radiation intensity. The most important feature of the ABSD infrared temperature sensor is that it can
measure the temperature of an object without contact. Therefore, it can easily measure the temperature of objects
that are difficult to access or move.
The ABSD infrared temperature sensor uses a 2-stage laser for aiming, which conveniently indicates the center
of the measurement point and specifically marks the optimal measurement distance, making it suitable for
temperature measurement of small targets that require precise spotting.
ABSD infrared temperature sensor provides 4-20mA current output (can be fixed RS485 signal), can be easily
installed in a variety of applications, especially suitable for the installation of industrial environments that require
long distance and strong interference.
ABSD infrared temperature sensors provide different wiring methods for laser circuits and measurement
circuits for user convenience.
The whole series of ABSD infrared temperature sensors provide a variety of temperature ranges, different
measurement wavelengths, and different optical coefficients for users to choose from to meet different
measurement requirements.
ABSD infrared temperature sensor with on-site emissivity adjustment function, convenient for users to make
on-site corrections for different measured targets, to improve the validity and authenticity of the measurement
results.

Emissivity indicates the ability of the object to absorb and emit infrared energy, different emissivity of the
surface of the object, in the same temperature and other conditions, the energy radiated is not the same, the higher
the emissivity, the greater the radiation energy, in order to compensate for the measurement error caused by
different emissivity, the emissivity value of the instrument should be adjusted according to the object material.
Appendix 1 provides a simple method to determine the measured target emissivity, Appendix 2, Appendix 3
provides the emissivity value of some materials for reference. The optical system collects the infrared radiation
emitted by the object in the field of view and converges it on the detector. The detector converts the radiation
energy into an electrical signal, which is amplified by the electronic circuit and sent to the monitor for display after
being collected and processed by a single-chip computer for various data.
