Product Description Vitamin B2, also called riboflavin, is a type of B vitamin, slightly soluble in water, is stable when heated in neutral or acidic solutions. Physical properties:
Water soluble vitamin, but slightly soluble in water, at 27.5ºC, the solubility of 12mg/100mL. Soluble in sodium chloride solution, soluble in dilute sodium hydroxide solution, easy to dissolve in alkaline solution, stable in strong acid solution. Heat and oxidation resistance. Irradiation by light and ultraviolet causes irreversible decomposition.
Vitamin b2 Function :
