Sodium Cyclamate is a calorie-free sweetener, 30 to 60 times sweeter than table sugar (sucrose). With its special properties, Sodium Cyclamate has found a variety of applications in beverage, food, confectionery, bakery, pharmaceutical, health and personal care industry.
