The NXQ-AB100/10-L bladder accumulator is a widely used hydraulic accumulator, mainly used to absorb and release energy in hydraulic systems. It has functions such as energy storage, stable hydraulic system operation, and relief of hydraulic impacts.
Working Principle:
The working principle of the NXQ-AB100/10-L accumulator is that the bladder of the accumulator is filled with nitrogen gas, forming a gas chamber. When the pressure in the hydraulic system increases, the accumulator bladder is compressed, compressing the gas and storing energy. When the system needs to release energy, gas expansion pushes hydraulic oil back into the system, playing a role in smoothing system operation and alleviating hydraulic impact.
Structure:
The NXQ-AB100/10-L accumulator consists of components such as a shell, bladder, air valve, oil valve, connecting bolt, etc. The leather bag is made of soft rubber material, which has strong elasticity and corrosion resistance. This material can maintain its shape under pressure changes and withstand the action of hydraulic oil and nitrogen.
Maintenance and upkeep of NXQ-AB100/10-L accumulator:
Regularly check the condition of the accumulator bladder to ensure there is no damage or aging. At the same time, check the nitrogen pre charging pressure to ensure it is within the normal range. The parts that need to be kept in stock for accumulator maintenance include: charging valve, sealing ring, oil valve, charging tool, etc.
