There shall not be such defects as leakage, deep scratch, crack, swelling, etc

The accuracy of measuring instruments should meet the following requirements

Temperature measuring device: +/- 0.5 ºC

Quality measuring device: < 0.1%
3.3 Standard Test Condition
Test should be conducted with new batteries within one month after shipment from factory and the cells shall not be cycled more than five times before the test. Unless otherwise defined, test and measurement shall be done under temperature of 23ºC, humidity of 15% ~ 85%, atmospheric pressure: 86 ~ 106KPa.

Standard charge the cell, then store it in vacuum chamber below 11.6 kPa for 6 hours

Vibration testStandard charge the cell, then secure the cell to the platform of vibration machine. The vibration shall be a sinusoiidal waveform with a logarithmic sweep between 7 Hz and 200 Hz, then back to 7 Hz traversed in 15 min. This cycle shall be repeated 12 times for a total of 3 hours for each of three mutually perpendicular mounting positions of the cell. One of the direction of vibration must be perpendicular to the terminal face.No leakage, no fire, no explosion
7. Safety Performance
Over-charge Test0.2C dicharge cell to 3V, then 3C charge cell to 4.6V until temperature drops to 20% lower than the maximum value.No explosion, no fire
Short Circuit TestStandard charge the cell, then connect positive and negative terminal with 80 mΩ wire under the environment of 25 ºC until temperature drops to 20% lower than the maximum value.No explosion, no fire
Thermal Shock
Heat up cell in an oven with temperature ramp of 5 ºC/min to 130 ºC, then maintain the temperature for 30 min

8. Warning and Cautions
To prevent the possibility of the battery from leakage, fire, explosion, please observe the following precautions:
>. The soft aluminum packing foil is easily damaged by sharp edge parts such as MI-tabs and needle. Shall not damage battery with a sharp edge part
>. Don't immerse battery into the water
>. Don't put battery near heating source, such as fire and heater
>. Don't reversely use the positive and negative terminals
>. Don't connect battery to an electrical outlet directly
>. Don't shortly connect positive and negative terminals with metal object such as wire, which is strictly prohibited under any circumstance. it many damage the battery
>. Don't transport and store the battery together with metal objects such as necklaces, hairpin.
>. Don't strike, throw, or trample the battery
>. Don't directly solder the battery and pierce the battery with a nail or other sharp object.
>. Don't use battery  with other battery of different model.
>. Don't bend or fold sealing edge or open folding edge.
>. Don't drop, hit or bend the battery.
>. Don't disassemble battery.
>. Don't use the battery under strong electrostatic and magnetic field, otherwise, the safety device many be damaged and cause potential rick of safety.
>. If the battery diffuses odor, generates heat, discolor or deforms, or in any way appear abnormal during use, recharge or storage, remove battery form the deive, or stop using battery.
>. Don't put the battery under high temperature condition, otherwise, it may cause over-heat, fire, performance failure.
>. Be aware discarded battery may cause fire, so wrap the terminals to insulate them.
