C61400, C62400, and C63020 belong to the aluminum bronze family, providing excellent corrosion resistance. C61400 contains 4-6% aluminum, while C62400 and C63020 contain 6-9% aluminum. These materials exhibit high strength, good thermal conductivity, and are easily machinable. Widely used in marine environments, they serve as propellers, bearings, and valve components due to their excellent resistance to saltwater corrosion and wear resistance.
C10100, C10200, and C10300 belong to the oxygen-free copper family, characterized by their high electrical conductivity. C10100, also known as Oxygen-Free Electronic (OFE) copper, has a minimum of 99.99% copper content. C10200 and C10300 have slightly lower copper content but still offer exceptional electrical conductivity. These materials find applications in electrical and electronic industries, particularly for power transmission, transformer windings, and electrical contacts, where conductivity is crucial.
Copper Profiles
Copper profiles are commonly used in distribution panels and switchboards delivering key electrical advantages. Profiles are more expensive and difficult to manufacture than flat bars due to the technical requirements such as they provide a more fragile production process, more complicated packaging, and a complex design.
