1. Product description

(1) Summary
The characteristic of an atmosphere furnace is to introduce a certain composition of artificially prepared atmosphere into the furnace at a given temperature, in order to achieve certain heat treatment purposes, such as gas carburization, carbonitriding, bright quenching, annealing, normalizing, etc.

(2)Furnace body
2.1 This furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace village and insulation structure, heating elements, water cooling system, atmosphere gas path, vacuum machine, etc.
2.2 The shell of the electric furnace is welded with high-quality steel plates and profiles, while the furnace is welded with SUS304 stainless steel and sealed to avoid the atmosphere generated by the insulation material at high temperatures from coming into contact with the product.
2.3 Install heating elements on the outer layer of the furnace to avoid reactions caused by the protective atmosphere coming into contact with the heating elements.
2.4 The furnace mouth is equipped with a fast pressing device, a silicone rubber sealing strip for easy opening and closing, and a sealed furnace door.
2.5 A hot air circulation fan is installed on the top of the furnace, using a high-temperature sealed model to reduce temperature deviation in the furnace by convection of the gas produced by the fan.
2.6 This furnace is a refrigerator type integrated structure, with all pipelines, vacuum pumps, and electrical appliances installed inside. The appearance is clean and beautiful, and the outer shell is treated with baking paint and spray molding.
