Pesticide production wastewater refers to the wastewater discharged by agricultural pharmaceutical factories in the process of pesticide production. The water quality of pesticide wastewater is different from that of other industrial sewage, and a large number of toxic substances in the production process will be discharged into the sewage system.
The conventional treatment technology of pesticide wastewater mainly includes chemical method, physical method and biochemical method. More mature biochemical methods mainly include anaerobic biological treatment technology and aerobic biological treatment technology, its disadvantage is that the biochemical property of wastewater is low, and it is not easy to treat the standard. Chemical method mainly uses chemical agents through coagulation, flocculation and other ways to reduce sewage turbidity, removal of pollutants; Or remove COD from sewage by chemical oxidation by adding oxidants. However, these methods are costly and prone to secondary pollution. In recent years, the technology of advanced treatment of sewage by membrane technology has gradually matured and been widely used.
