·Applying international advanced steam turbine design concept, adopting high-speed, high-efficiency, miniaturization, lightweight and modular design, compared with a traditional steam turbine, it has higher thermal efficiency, more compact overall dimension, stronger maintainability, and shorter production cycle. The capacity of units is from 200KW to 65MW.
The products are widely used in gas generation, waste & biomass power generation, solar thermal power generation, waste heat power generation, the renovation of high energy consumption units, driving machines, energy cascade utilization, etc
The controllable vortex plus full three-dimensional design technology is adopted to optimize the blade profile, improve the flow capacity, reduce various losses and improve the internal efficiency of the unit;
The integrally calcined rotor has good thermal stability and strong fatigue resistance.
The high-speed design of the rotor reduces the diameter of the wheel circumference, reduces the weight of the rotor, and the unit can start and stop quickly, which is more suitable for occasions with frequent startup and large load change;
·Separate cylinder and reheat technology are adopted to increase cycle efficiency;
·Integral compact structural design, can be shipped as a whole, simple installation and short installation time.

1. Power:
JTL plays an important role in providing total solutions and turkey services for the ventilation system in thermal power plants. JTL centrifugal fans are prevailing among the power plant due to its ecological and energy-saving engineering with high performance and reliability. Our goal is to mitigate the CO2 and free of SOX emissions with highly efficient ventilation technology and thus to sustainably preserve natural resources and protect environment in cooperation with our partners.
High pressure fans are used in transportation of pulverized coal and flying ashes emerging during the combustion.
Used as primary and secondary fans in boiler air supplying systems, these fans are specially designed high-pressure system centrifugal fans. In the same manner, high-pressure air supply fans are needed in the fluidized bed boilers to promote bubble formation in the bed. In addition, the single-stage high pressure blowers from JTL is required for desulfurization system and dedusting systems.

These are special purpose fans designed to work in very wide pressure and flow ranges with the purpose of reducing the temperature of the sinter area. This is a high-pressure medium-temperature fan used to pressurize the mixture of a blast furnace gas and oxygen gas• Combustion fanA combustion fan pushes air at the right temperature and pressure into the chamber to ensure combustion in thermal power plant. JTL's combustion fan provides air at the right temperature and pressure to ensure maximum combustion. The combustion air fans are in general rotation speed controlled and the fans are equipped with tight shaft seal and oil bath bearing.4. Building MaterialsJTL centrifugal fans have proven to be the reliable solutions for the cement plants, due to the modern cement production technology incorporated the harsh working conditions, JTL is capable of meeting the special requirements of the cement industry under the special circumstances by means of JTL's optimized design and complete production facilities. A full range fans made by JTL for cement plants: - Furnace ID (Induced Draft) Fans: These are critical process fans that are used at temperatures with the peak value as high as 500°C and that require the choice of materials accordingly, with specific selection and production methods. As the continuity is the primary concern in the system, the failure and interruption tolerance of these fans are low.
- Raw Mill Fans: These are high pressure fans with special blade angles, for which measures against corrosion have been taken as the operating medium is a corrosive and adhesive powder.
- Booster Fans: These fans have special panel and blade designs, for which measures against corrosion have been taken as they are used to transfer highly abrasive dusts with a high temperature from the cyclone located at the outlet of the clinker cooler unit.
- Filter Fans: These are the fans used in de-dusting systems requiring high flow and pressure capabilities, with blade designs of high static efficiency.
- Cement and Coal Mill Fans: These are single- suction or double-suction fans designed with a special suction hopper in order to increase the suction capacity.
5. Chemical Industry
JTL centrifugal compressors are widely applied in chemical industries providing air for sulphuric acid factories, petrochemical plants, bio-chemical factoriest etc.
Cooperated with America ETI company, JTL turbo compress can provide the large flowrate from 80m3/min to 2000Nm3/min at pressure range from 2.2 to 40 bar(G). The specially designed compressor keeps the chemical products purity and that can handle toxic, corrosive and unstable gases.

6. Mechanical vapor recompression
JTL high-performance centrifugal compressors are used for steam compression in the process of the MVR (mechanical vapor recompression) systems. Evaporation and distillation processes are used in a wide variety of manufacturing and industrial processes. The most effective means of lowering the energy cost associated with the generation of heating steam is to use mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) compressors. JTL has developed a range of steam compressor for MVR applications in chemical industries, waste water treatment, pharmaceutical factories, and organic natural product production industries as well as in the food and beverage process and manufacturing sectors. JEV and JEV-L series are newly developed steam compressors with flexible and customized designs which is suitable for varies requirements.
