This slurry seal vehicle load tester instrument is suitable for determining whether there is excess asphalt in the emulsified asphalt slurry seal layer mixture, to control the upper limit of the amount of asphalt, and to determine the optimal amount of emulsified asphalt slurry seal layer compound together with the wet wheel wear test. The instrument conforms to the JTCE20-2011 standard of the Ministry of Communications
1. It is a device for simulating the driving load. When a counterweight of 56.7Kg is added, the impact force it generates is equivalent to the impact force generated by passing 1 million vehicles within 25 minutes.
2. The crank is driven by the motor and gear reducer, and the load rubber casters are connected.
3. The bottom plate of the trial mold is connected reliably and is easy to disassemble.
4. Automatic counting, the test is automatically stopped when the count is reached.
