Main interface and terminal definitions1.Switch: RUN and STOP are used to control the 2107N program to RUN and STOP. If the RS232 interface communication parameter of PCS1200 PROGRAMMABLE logic controller is modified, the program can only be downloaded by dial STOP.
2.Ethernet communication interface: RJ45 interface, which can be used for communication with touch screen, upper computer, cloud server, etc., supports MODBUS TCP protocol, and links four clients simultaneously.
3.Indicator light: RUN, COM and ERR are respectively used to display module operation, communication and fault status; I and Q are respectively used to indicate input and output status of each channel; ETH, C1 and C2 are respectively used to indicate communication status of A1B1, A2B2 and Ethernet interfaces (flashing indicates data receiving and receiving at corresponding interfaces).
4.RS232 communication interface: This interface is terminal wiring, which can be used for 2107N program download, communication with touch screen, upper computer, etc. It supports MODBUS RTU/ custom protocol, instruction library is RS232.lib;
5.RS485 communication interface: Two interfaces can be used to communicate with touch screen, upper computer, third-party instrument, etc. MODBUS RTU/ free protocol is supported. Instruction library is RS485. Lib and RS4853.lib respectively.
6.Module input terminal: it is composed of common terminal 1M and input point I, and the source/leakage connection method can be adopted.
7.24VDC power supply outside the module: VO+ and VO- are the positive and negative terminals of 24VDC respectively;
8.Extension interface: This interface is the base for inserting pin, which can be used to extend RPC2000 series extension modules;
9.Module power supply: L, N, GND respectively are the fire line, zero line and protective ground terminal of AC220V power supply;
